We offer three distinct monthly training packages to best suit your own circumstances. No joining fee or long term contracts, just effective, data-driven training, for one simple monthly fee.
1-1 COACHING
Perfect for those who would like a little more interaction with a coach.
This package gives you weekly plans, meaning your training will be created and tweaked each week to fit in around busy times or changing circumstances.
The weekly feedback will help keep you motivated, while the monthly 1-1 session means you won't lose focus of your goals.
FULLY BESPOKE
For the athlete requiring the most in depth service, a fully bespoke package will be tailor made to suit individual circumstances.
This option is suitable for a wide range of abilities, but will be of most benefit to athletes who are able to commit a substantial amount of time to achieving their goals, whatever they may be.
Feedback is delivered daily, making this a great option for people who want to work intensively with a coach.
